Step Out: Impactful Group Travel

we offer a dynamic form of life coaching that is based on a blend of travel, service, culture-specific skills training, and group counseling. stepping out we take groups of people who share similar struggles (e.g. grief, life stress, family conflict, moderate mental health disorders) and travel to distant places together. we spend some days serving, and other days learning local skills, crafts, and trades. we explore the transformative effects of these activities through group discussion around meal times at the beginning and end of each day. by combining the joys of travel with the power of group consultation, participants get the most profound experience possible from their journey. they return home confident that stepping out a few days gave them greater power to live all-in every day. learn more at www.stepouttravel.com
