design and manufacture of fiber art, wearables and patterns. with a degree in fashion design i have manufactured numerous national award winning wearable art, art quilts, and custom bridals. working from a home based studio, i have just produced a new line of jackets with the reconstructiv sergere label. each jacket is one-of-a-kind, and is made of 50 to 75% recycled fabrics and cut-aways. a wide variety of embellishments and variations afford each buyer a custom look. sizes range from xs through 2x. fabric for clothing and quilting, and scarves are hand dyed using snow, low immersion and transfer methods.
