stephens fresh foods is a cooked meat manufacturer in kent. we specialise in manufacturing traditional cooked hams, beef, pastrami, salt beef, pork and turkey for the wholesale trade (particularly catering butchers, food service wholesalers and sandwich manufacturers). we are happy to develop bespoke products for customers. the company is still family owned and run and started in london over 30 years ago. in 1985, the company moved to a new purpose built, multi-temperature facility in lordswood kent, to concentrate on the full time production of slicing, packaging and manufacturing traditionally cooked, hams. we like to consider our development ideas are always ahead of the game – for example we reduced salt levels in our products as early as 1986! we also stock and sell a large range of directly imported continental charcuterie. our website gives even more detail and you can download our product brochure directly from there.
