we provide education & consulting to assist those with primary, secondary & tertiary prevention in the areas of diabetes & heart disease, we include stress management, exercise, nutrition, reducing risks and much more! we utilize a holistic view on health & wellness to assist others in improving their quality of life. we work with a multidisciplinary team to provide & assist individuals with goal setting & positive outcomes. our population includes a variety of adults, where we provide presentations, workshops, 1:1 health coaching and behavioral modification techniques to assist individuals towards reaching their goals. we work with health professionals to provide ceu's in the arena of health & wellness & can customize what is of value to the audience. we are passionate about providing life changing education to those who need it.
