my bottom-line goal for clients and fans of stepping into big is pretty straightforward: to propel them into making more money with less stress. my hybrid consulting / coaching approach is what makes it all happen. most of my clients typically fall into one of two groups: incredibly busy with little to show for all their efforts, or practically paralyzed by a sense of overwhelm. my job, for either type of client, is to (a) show them how to focus by tossing out extraneous distractions, (b) create challenging yet manageable action plans specifically designed to hurl them forward, and (c) hold them accountable for doing the important work - especially those uncomfortable tasks they may have previously allowed themselves to weasel out of. my private clients naturally benefit from customized tools and action plans; all others have access to the rubber-meets-the-road ideas that i and guest bloggers share through my blog. my approach and my style certainly don't work for everyone, nor is ever
