i was driven to be a coach as a result of my experiencing many similar challenges that my coaching clients face. my approach is to be an intentional listener, which means i am all in, with each coaching session focused on helping you achieve success and more satisfaction in your life. i believe that having women of influence in the workforce benefits not only the woman but also the organization. my coaching practice is centered around working with women who "feel stuck" where they are. my approach is to identify and develop strengths that are able to be explained which benefit current or future organizations. i have more than 20 years in leadership, personnel and business coaching, management, team building and career development. i am looking forward to working with you and helping you achieve success.
