what is coaching? coaching provides a non-judgemental, open, collaborative and confidential space between myself and my clients - with a focus on my client's own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals. i specialise in, and am in the process of completing accreditation in transformational coaching. transformational coaching is a powerful way of exploring our personal beliefs and values and how these are shaping our experience of life, and our behaviours. why have coaching? coaching creates clarity of purpose and direction, challenges limiting beliefs and self-talk and encourages clients to move towards successful resolution of their issues, challenges and opportunities. coaching is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with action and goal orientation where required. i work with individuals on areas in their personal or work lives, and i also specialise in working with individuals or teams in organisations. what you will gain from coaching with me:
