Steps Fitness Club

all customers, whether a complete beginner or the most experienced, are given a free welcome chat induction and this best explains what we offer. this generally takes fifteen mins. to half an hour, depending on previous experience and is often booked in. those who join will be entitled to ongoing personal fitness programmes and coaching. we even offer members a very motivational, structured plan to help them into exercise, which to our knowledge is totally unique to our club. we provide all the tools for your success, programmes, coaching and more also see 'unique approach' page
