starting his racing career in 2010, sterling cling hit the dirt and hasn't looked back since. cling, an arizona native, found his love for racing and a second home at dirt tracks at age 14 where he began racing trophy karts in the lucas oil off road series. with 3 years of valuable knowledge and seat time, he made the decision to transition into something more. after making the switch to the pro buggy in the lucas oil off road series, cling quickly saw great success. within 2 years, he had more than 40 regional & national pro buggy wins under his belt. in 2017, sterling was not only named the pro buggy world champion, but he also clenched the super buggy world championship as well. wanting more, cling made the jump into what could be named the biggest and baddest dirt race cars of all time: sprint cars. racing both wing and non-wing 360 & 410 sprint cars since 2018, sterling continues his racing career in many notable series such as usac, ascs, xtreme outlaws, mscs, and many other
