sterling medical group provides a full array of medical treatment for personal injury trauma related injuries in order to get these individuals to return to a "normal" functional life again. treatment with our board certified surgeons begins with the initial evaluation and diagnosis, pain management, spine and extremity injections, diagnostic electromyography "emg", mri's to neuro/orthopedic surgical procedures for the problems that are not responsive to non-surgical care. in addition to our focus of the patients well-being and providing excellent care; we pride ourselves on having outstanding customer service providing bi-lingual case managers to handle scheduling, records request and settlement resolutions; patient navigators to deliver personalized care and available to answer any questions during all steps throughout the medical process. we also provide the patients with transportation via uber/lyft if they are not able to get to one of our facilities for treatment. sterling
