stern has been producing, selling and renting out high-quality houseboats in germany and denmark for over 10 years. our customers appreciate quality, safety and durability - decisive aspects for owner-use and rental. to meet the increasing demand, stern hausboot is scaling and transforming its successful business model. by founding a danish aps (similar to a gmbh) and stern ferienhausboot holding gmbh, the managing directors have laid the structural foundation for scaling. germany, especially denmark and scandinavia, offer great potential for moorings for houseboats. until now, stern produced the "sundeck" series (10m, 12m and 14m length) in manufactory production - with 22 units per year at last count. with many years of experience in production, sales and rental, stern designed the new model "aqua casa" in 12m and 14m length. comfort, durability, low maintenance and repair costs as well as sustainability are the main results of the product development. aquacasa is the basis of th
