sterry and sterry, inc. was founded in 2008 to continue the work already begun by anne-louise sterry since the early 1990s. the company exists to provide keynote and other types of addresses to company meetings, conventions and conferences. the company also provides staff development programs, breakout sessions and workshops for corporate clients, educational organizations, healthcare companies and many others. all services are delivered by anne-louise sterry and her alter ego character aunt lena. the driving idea behind all presentations is the power of audacious joy and how it can help organizations cope with change and other challenges. other company activities are cabaret appearances, songwriting, and selected school assembly programs. the company has trademarked the phrase, ‘sharing the power of audacious joy’. the company is owned by anne-louise sterry and her partner bob sterry, who occasionally appears with her on stage.
