hello my name is steve crabb co-author of "business coaching & mentoring for dummies" - wiley press i describe what i do as "behavioural engineering" working with clients to exceed their own expectations. for 17 years i have worked with entrepreneurs and corporates where i coach and train people to think differently and perform at their optimum best. as an entrepreneur myself i created 2 multi million pound companies gained a wealth of "hands on" business experience and success which i incorporate into my corporate trainings and coaching practice. clients include large multi nationals in banking, advertising and media and i love working with sme's , entrepreneurs and businesses that want to grow and flourish. specialisations are wellbeing (stress management), strategic business growth , persuasion & influence (sales and marketing). in 2008 i was made a master trainer of neuro linguistic programming by dr richard bandler (co creator of nlp) and worked with dr bandler and internati
