essentially, what i do is very rapidly assess efficiencies and side effects of workflows, procedures, and policies which may be preventing a business or team from operating cost-effectively. i can then provide a customised plan for moving to a significantly more effective arrangement without disrupting normal business. commission-only (100% commission) contracts are available in some circumstances. i achieve these assessments through a combination of data, log/record, process and policy analysis, and provide solutions which may include some or all of the following: - fine-tuning of software and/or hardware configuration - customised software - assessments of existing equipment and interfaces - training in call control and using existing software more effectively - evaluation of hiring procedures - suggestions for remunerative policies and contracts - increased flexibility and modularity via cross-training and vertical training - improvements in the working environment - documentation,
