i have owned and managed £ multi-million businesses, employed in excess of 100 staff, leased premises, purchased equipment and production facilities, and had all the stresses that come with the responsibilities of being a business owner. i now use my life-time of being an entrepreneur to help other business owners to achieve success. since selling my last business in 2018 i have worked with a number of local sme's, helping them to create a vision, put systems and processes in place to enable them to scale, create efficiencies, kpi's, systems of reporting and team building initiatives. i am an energetic and driven family man, looking to make a real difference with those i work with. i am a problem solver and opportunity exploiter.
