the practice was established by steve hunt in 1988 and has focused on quality growth to match demand whilst maintaining stability, a desire to succeed and a commitment to effectively deliver. our core business deals with the development of new buildings on green field sites. our particular expertise lies in the overall management and co-ordination of the complete services package from infrastructure procurement, the design of the services, followed up with a full inspection process. we have a commercial awareness of our trade and whilst innovative, our designs are selective and tailored to suit their purpose. our team has considerable experience with a wide range of commercial projects across all sectors and has concentrated on interesting bespoke schemes requiring creativity and flair integral to the design. we have represented clients ranging from small build schemes to high profile, multi million pound projects from concept master planning through to completion. we encompass all asp
