de stichting bwtopleiding.nl is in 2010 door de gemeente amsterdam opgericht om te voorzien in de behoefte aan inspecteurs bouw- en woningtoezicht vergunning verlening, bouwtoezicht en -handhaving en gebruikstoezicht. sinds 2008 zijn een dertigtal, niet uit de bouwwereld afkomstige inspecteurs, opgeleid. de opleiding is een intensieve combinatie van school en werken in de dagelijkse bwtpraktijk in de organisatie. deelnemers studeren af met een diploma mbo bouw of hbo-bachelor built environment èn een kwalificatie inspecteur bouw- en woningtoezicht voortgezet (vergelijkbaar met abw 2). voorts verzorgt de stichting de opleiding inspecteur bouw- en woningtoezicht basis en -voortgezet. in 2013 zal de stichting bwtopleiding.nl de volgende opleidingen -mede- ontwikkelen: - een hbo bachelor opleiding built environment met een specialisatie(minor) gecertificeerd toetsen; - een master -built- environment, gericht op het integraal beleidsmatig voorbereiden, toetsen en handhaven in de bebouwde om
