stichting careclowns is het zusje van stichting cliniclowns. wij gaan op bezoek bij ouderen met dementie in verpleeg- en verzorgingstehuizen. we proberen hun isolement en eenzaamheid te verzachten met een moment van geluk. of een spontane lach. want lachen is leven! ontstaan stichting faria-clowns zette sinds 2001 zorgclowns in bij ouderen met dementie. met succes. eind 2010 kreeg stichting cliniclowns nederland het verzoek of zij de activiteiten van de faria-clowns wilde overnemen. hiervoor is een nieuwe stichting opgericht met de naam stichting careclowns nederland. organisatie beide stichtingen opereren onder de raad van toezicht van de overkoepelende stichting cliniclowns groep, in volstrekt gescheiden en transparante bedrijfsvoeringen. donateurs bepalen dus zelf aan welke activiteit ze geven. voor kinderen doneert u aan cliniclowns. voor ouderen met dementie aan careclowns. stichting careclowns nederland is gevestigd in amersfoort. wij werken met een klein team, 15 clowns
