Stichting Cosmic Fire Foundation

stichting cosmic fire foundation was founded a few years ago by chairwoman candida postma - sanchez, and is an organisation completely ran by volunteers. the purpose of the foundation is improving the living conditions of the lakota sioux in the south dakota reservations. the foundation does so by actively participating in selected local projects. for this we are working closely together with one spirit, a us foundation in rapid city, south dakota, just like us a completely volunteer organisation. together with our partner it has been decided that food aid to the pine ridge reservation is for now our primary target. thanks to donations and the proceeds of our two webshops we are now able to pay for food packages for app. 10 families each month. besides this we have contributed to the manderson youth center safe house, and we are supporting the sicangu lakotayouth center in mission, in the rosebud reservation.
