wij zijn stichting heart to handle en wij zetten ons in voor hartpatiënten. per jaar zijn er 15.000 à 16.000 slachtoffers die te maken hebben met een plotselinge hartstilstand buiten het ziekenhuis. vaak ligt hier een hartinfarct, hartfalen of ritmestoornissen aan ten grondslag. de vormen van hart- en vaatziekten waarbij slagaderverkalking de oorzaak is (hartinfarct, beroerte) ontstaan meestal acuut door een bloedprop (of bloedstolsel). hart- en vaatziekten zijn nog steeds een heel belangrijke doodsoorzaak in ons land. om dit aantal terug te dringen, zetten wij ons in voor de preventie van hart- en vaatziekten. bloedpropjes: nieuwe test het onderzoek waarvoor wij geld willen werven, is ‘bloedpropjes: nieuwe test’ ter preventie van hart- en vaatziekten die mogelijk wordt gemaakt door de nederlandse hartstichting. fietstocht met ons team hebben we in de zomer van 2014 een grote fietstocht gepland met de grote markt van groningen als startplaats de ramblas in barcelona als eindpunt. na he
