stichting logeerhuis simba is een non-profitorganisatie, met als doel, kinderen jongeren en (jong) volwassenen met o.a. autisme, logeren in een zeer kleinschalige groep aan te bieden. de groep is niet groter dan 3 deelnemers, waar elk weekend een andere leeftijdsgroep logeert, zodat er gemakkelijker contacten ontstaan met leeftijdgenoten. de ervaring leert dat deze kleinschaligheid beter werkt voor de doelgroep met autisme. de kosten van de begeleiders die hiervoor noodzakelijk zijn, worden uit een pgb betaald. de rest van de onkosten worden betaald uit donaties en subsidies om de kleinschaligheid betaalbaar te houden. het bestuur doet dit onbezoldigd. per augustus 2019 wordt er ook vakantiedagopvang aangeboden.
