oursource is about promoting sustainable sector development to reduce poverty of fish producers and establish a more equitable distribution of value chain benefits. oursource aims to help bridge the frequently observed gap between small scale fisheries & aquaculture production with the rest of the value chain. oursource does so by supporting the scale up of existing and newly developed projects targeting market barriers and financial restraints that limit the production and sale of sustainable seafood. it seeks to encourage sustainable management of fisheries and aquaculture production through incentives and support provided through the value chain.
