Stichting the Village
the village is een creatief collectief uit regio horst aan de maas. we streven ernaar om mensen bij elkaar te brengen onder de voorwendselen van een feest, en ze vervolgens te verrassen met vooruitstrevende elektronische muziek op een spannende locatie. dat kan van alles zijn - van tropical bass tot techno - en dat is een formule die ons het een en ander heeft opgeleverd. na drie jaar achtereen (2012 - 2014) een klein (uitverkocht) festival georganiseerd te hebben in de kasteelboerderij in horst, zijn we inmiddels al twee jaar op zoek naar een nieuwe locatie. in de tussentijd hebben we podia invulling mogen geven op solar weekend, polar weekend, ruis en dit jaar ook op zomaarpop (en wederom solar).
