the goal with still consulting is, in collaboration with others, to continue to drive innovation and change, particularly within the public sector – all with a digital touch. i am an experienced value driven leader and management consultant with a proven history of working as a change agent. skilled in organizational development, operating and governance models, performance management and change management – all in a digital context. i combine transparent and direct leadership with a strong analytical sense and capability. there are challenging issues to be solved within all sectors and areas in society, including gender and diversity related issues. i am especially keen to support gender equality initiatives within professional services. there are also great opportunities up for grabs. happy to connect with stakeholders in the private, public and digital arena, and just general great people – who share my purpose.
