Stillwaters Cancer Support Services

stillwaters was founded in 1994 by mary soergel who lost her young son to brain cancer. it was established as a community-based, non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. stillwaters was dedicated to providing cancer-specific professional counseling and emotional support for anyone affected by cancer, at any age, regardless of ability to pay. the core programs and services of stillwaters included: individual & family counseling | children's counseling & support groups | cancer survivor & wellness program | facilitated support groups | educational workshops/retreats | grief & loss programs | lifestyle programs | art therapy in late 2017, the organization was dissolved.
