stithians agricultural association limited operates stithians show, one of the largest one day agricultural shows in the country. it also rents the whole or parts of the showground for use by other organisations during the course of each year. the show and associated activities generate wealth within the stithians area ranging from additional trade to local shops, hostelries and accommodation providers to bolstering employment through the involvement of many contractors. with effect from july 1 2011 the long standing association was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee.
