“he who is content, is rich” said epictetus, a greek stoic philosopher, and former slave, more than 2,000 years ago. this is as relevant now, as it was back then. i am rodrigo aronas, and i welcome you to the world of stoa coaching. we, humans, have the ability to question everything. to plan in advance and think (and worry) about things and events that have not even happened yet. whilst a lot of this gets our civilization moving forward, innovating and creating new things vital for our lives, it also gets us to examine topics that might not be easy to fully grasp. what coaching can do for you is bring some peace, lightness, and joy into your life. in other words, make your life richer. by getting to know yourself better, by knowing why you act (or react) a certain way, and identifying the rooted assessments that make you see the world in a specific way, you’ll find a path not only to acceptance but also to lightness, happiness, and living a good life - whatever that means for you
