stockhands horses for healing is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing equine facilitated therapies to veterans, adults, and children with developmental, mental, physical, and emotional disabilities and challenges. our story: stockhands horses for healing is a 501(c) 3 non-profit, equine assisted learning center located in delaware, ohio. we started as a small barn with the vision of giving every person the opportunity to learn and heal alongside an equestrian friend. we have since grown into a multi-program barn that continues to change the lives of our participants. our specialized programs focus on the physical and emotional needs of our clients and partners. our goal is to focus on the person as a whole; mind, body and spirit. we combine physical activities and challenges with our equine partners with specialized learning opportunities to teach our participants about the horses, and more importantly about themselves. proudly serving our home county of delaware and all s
