the stockton entrepreneurial society aims to promote growth within small, private companies. this is done through various strategic planning methods as well as sales and financial forecasting, in order to properly gauge the course of action required in order to efficiently and effectively aid these small businesses. we primarily seek to aid entrepreneurs and small business start ups in achieving their true potential. our members seek to aid advice in the following areas: -locating proper target market (demographics, geographic, etc) -aiding in the development of the business plan -aiding in sales and financial forecasting -analysis of market -looking at proper strategies in order to effectively aid and grow the target company -economizing operations and companies as a whole, in order to mitigate costs and increase profitability
