i am a fine art photographer whose creativity defies norms. my intense curiosity spurs me on to create images that explore the interplay of light, contrast, color and form in nature. with the intention to capture the essence of life, i craft an evocative, often abstract view of nature. i strive to see beyond the obvious and, therefore, offer people a different view of the world. as a result, my work invites the viewer to let go of preconceived notions and surrender to the mysterious. stoeffl photography has two aspects: - the regular photography of landscapes and wildlife which can be seen at http://stoefflphotography-imagelibrary.com i still enjoy this kind of photography and use it mostly when i travel. - the abstract photography which can be seen at http://stoefflphotography.com this is done more around my home area where i have the time to respond to the light and am intimate with places.
