our story began a couple years ago with the introduction of the ketogenic diet into our family. after dramatic results in energy, mood, clarity and weight management we were sold! while our four children are not fully "keto" there has been a noticeable change in their moods, behavior and grades since we scaled down sugars and processed foods. one problem we found ourselves and others with was the lack of quick and easy foods that you can take anywhere, taste great, made us feel good and and were all natural. so we started making our own nutrition bars. we noticed that our bars were disapearing faster than we could make them. our kids, neighbors, co-workers, extended family and all of their friends were soon wanting more! we decided to create stoka nutrition and go into production with the stoka bar! we now make ten delicious flavors of bars along with 3 flavors of granola cereal and sugar free sprinkles. a question we often get is "what is stoka?" well, since so many products alread
