stone bridge biomedical creates software and systems for remote patient monitoring. our goal is to reduce the incidence of life-threatening events, and to improve survival by reducing emergency response times. our systems collect and assess real-time physiologic data, then transmit periodic status, risk assesment, and emergency alerts to monitoring services and designated responders. we bridge the gap between patients and caregivers, improving diagnostic classification, risk stratification, and therapeutic compliance. based in the netherlands, we also operate in the united states and the united kingdom, where we collaborate with partners providing sensors, systems, and services in out-of-hospital settings.
