the safety training operators program [stop] was developed to primarily assist transportation companies of all sizes and across a wide variety of industries, with basic and specific loss control solutions. now with use of its custom built lms [learning management system], the safety training operators program is available at a user’s convenience and in any location worldwide. stop's training program is simple, efficient, specific, accountable and affordable. in transportation, stop is delivered in courses based on specific industries with up to twenty lessons each. lessons begin with a pre-quiz to ascertain a users' knowledge prior to taking the course and then used to compare to post completion results. it can also be used as a new employee hire assessment tool. once in a course, lessons are divided into company specific sessions, followed by a theoretical safety curriculum and then industry or geographic specific courses. stop is fully customizable and is currently being develo
