at storenergy we design, develop and deploy concentrating solar thermal power using ‘petrovic csp’. we have developed a new and innovative technology for thermal energy / renewable energy, for a range of different applications such as power stations, desalination, plants, industrial processes, heating and cooling. storenergy uses the ‘petrovic storage’ for thermal energy storage. thermal energy can be stored for up to 12 months with less than 5% losses. our cost of storage is less than €10 per kwh (molten salt costs €120 per kwh) energy storage is not only an essential component for renewable energy to make it economically viable, but it is also important for conventional energy production. with the integration of two products, 'petrovic csp' and 'petrovic storage', storenergy can provide electricity or thermal energy 24x7x365. the system is modular in design and can cater for the small 10kw plant through to large industrial 100's mw plants.
