stormborn studio is a new indie company devoted to developing innovative and outstanding video games. we started for kicks in 2012. of course, all of us were (and still are) hardcore gamers. but gaming wasn’t enough. we felt the latest games didn’t fit our needs anymore: the time had come to begin developing our own ideas. this is why we decided to set out on our first adventure: the 2013 oculus vr jam, with our first minigame: it's a trap! a peek into the daily life of a goblin dungeon tester. the oculus rift was the spark that made us decide to enter this business: its potential was, and still is, limitless, a brand new uncharted land for us to discover. as time passed, we became more and more proficient in our job, exploiting the potential of this technological breakthrough, also in other contexts. we started collaborating with local and national businesses that needed development of vr-based experiences and apps. but this was not our primary goal: we were still aiming to move on to
