story planet is a nonprofit organization that empowers young torontonians to make and share their stories. our artists, writers and volunteers provide young people – specifically those from equity-seeking communities – with creative workshop experiences that foster self confidence while building communication skills. through the making and sharing of stories, we believe children build a sense of self worth, belonging, and creativity that will serve them throughout life. we have recently launched our corporate storytelling workshops, spark!, where participants effortlessly experience the subtle power of collaboration and cooperation which will dynamically influence how they interact with each other in the day to day work environment. the process encourages participants to embrace creative challenges while building an appreciation for the collaborative process.
