hi this is daisy kwok. founder of strainless work. through online safety training program, safety and health tips, i wish to help lodge leaders to take good care of their employees for better health, and less injuries. years ago as an in-house physiotherapist inside a hotel, it opened my eyes how housekeeping operates in a hotel. housekeepers work is an extremely physical demanding work. i see many enthusiastic housekeeper who are so professional in their job, yet are in doubts of continuing their job because of common muscle and joint problem that can be totally preventable, if they had received such education, self care tips earlier. apart from safety and health training , there are numerous strategy that i carried out and seen with huge improvement on overall safety culture. actionable activities that can be sustained within housekeeping despite absence of a physiotherapist. there is a lot to share and the compilation of the whole piece of training materials is in progress. alt
