stratalinks was created by a condo owner who built a web tool for her condo in 2005 to help improve owner communications, distribute documents, and increase the buildings profile to potential buyers, and kept getting asked to build similar sites for other communities. instead, she started stratalinks to help all communities to get online. stratalinks has three goals goal #1 - to help open doors & connect communities: in many newer condo communities, it is not always easy to connect with other residents. we help by providing an easy tool for helping residents, council members and property managers to connect on relevant matters and to help condo buildings feel more like neighborhoods. goal #2 - to reduce costs & environmental impact: condo associations are required to distribute documents to owners, such as council minutes, financial statements and building envelopes. with printing as high as 0.25c per page, this is costly both to your association and to the environment. we help lower c
