our services are tailored to all parties involved in a sales campaign – the seller, the selling agent and the buyer or their representative. we currently distribute strata reports for tsrs, sydney’s oldest established strata inspection company. reports are delivered in pdf format and are easily accessible for purchase and download from the website. our easy to use database allows a prospective purchaser immediate access to pre‐purchase reports with a secure payment facility and download option. stratasellfast encourages vendors and their representative to order a strata report to support their sales campaign. vendors are given the choice of: sellfast – a strata report is prepared for the first open inspection. once the report is completed it will be made available to buyers for immediate purchase and download, at a discounted rate. if more than one copy of the report is sold a refund will be issued to the vendor (less processing fee). list for booking – a free service offered to vendor
