what we do strategeist is a social engagement strategy consultancy based in sydney, australia. we help organisations understand social media and how they can best make use of it. while there are a thousands of companies and organisations joining twitter every day, either through official accounts or even through the tweets of their employees, there is often a general lack of understanding of the potential of social media. for some, it’s just plain bewildering! we think these tools are a great opportunity for companies to engage with people in a personal and effective way. but just like there are general rules of behaviour in most social situations, there are quirks and nuances online too. and that’s were we can help.
