Strategic Human Resource Society

the "strategic human resource society" is an association of individuals with the purpose of creating awareness, promoting, studying and revolutionizing "human resource management" in pakistan. the scope of this society encompasses not only students but we will also be working with organizations which are actively involved in the field of "human resources", companies in the local industrial arena and employed individuals. the society's activities include seminars, conferences and publications which will allow for interaction between the corporate sector and students form various institutions with a flair for "human resources", forming a bridge between theorists, employers and potential future employees. this society is a part of institute of business management (iobm) which is the parent of college of business management. using the platform of the university we aspire to grow as a society broadening our horizons of operations and forming collabrations with students from different univer
