our vision: to influence and inspire leadership everywhere. our mission: to provide our community of members with an independent and intellectually stimulating forum that delivers practical insights and interactions on strategic leadership and management. our brand value proposition: for senior leaders, their successors and those who advise them, across all industry sectors private and public, we provide personal and professional development (building capabilities) in strategic leadership -- with compelling speakers and gripping and relevant topics on strategy and leadership supported by interactive, timely, cost- effective and convenient programs. this past spring we embarked on a bold new direction in terms of slf content, and this fall we are continuing that journey. we have divided our programming into four distinct areas: macro-economic directions leadership challenges within the organization personal strategy and career development innovation and new opportunities.
