strategic philanthropy group (spg) was founded in 2009 and coordinates a group of professionals with over 30 years experience to assist nonprofit organizations and family and private foundations to run more efficiently and effectively in two specific ways. 1. to provide services as the “outsourced” executive director. this provides a resource to run the business of the organization while the principals focus on accomplishing the mission allowing it to maximize organizational effectiveness and decrease overhead business expenses. the result allows for the most funding, with the greatest impact, to client philanthropic causes. 2. spg also provides capital, annual and endowment fundraising campaign design and implementation services, moves management, board building and development function audits to nonprofit organizations allowing them to accomplish their goals. 3. spg also offers consulting services for grant review and due diligence, board development and success, recruiting, meetings
