at strategic psychology we offer a range of services to best suit your needs. adult counselling we offer supportive, understanding counselling for adults across a wide-range of presenting issues. we are able to assist with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, work dissatisfaction, interpersonal difficulties amongst many others. children and adolescent counselling we are able to offer age appropriate counselling to children and adolescents to assist with many of the difficulties young people can face. we are able to assist with difficulties such as transitioning from primary school to high school, or across different schools or locations, difficulties with peers, bullying, body image, family breakdown and self-esteem. children and adolescent assessments we are able to offer a wide range of assessments for children and adolescents to explore difficulties that they may be facing. psychological assessments can be useful to inform counselling, school support and structure at home to en
