src is a young consultancy firm, established in 2009. our goal is to offer quality advisory services to a small pool of selected customers, with who to establish a long lasting relationship based on trust and mutual satisfaction. although the firm is young, it already has a portfolio of both romanian and international clients in the following sectors: energy, infrastructure, insurance, automotive, security services and fmcg, and is involved in several transactions and/or operations such as m&a - 2 transactions, financing (including private placements and eu funds) - 2 transactions, state aid operations – 3 files, etc. we are also working as a subcontractors or partners with international advisory firms such as mcguire woods, deloitte, etc.
