counseling and negotiation of real estate short sales and foreclosure alternatives nationwide. ftc mandated disclosures: strategic solutions & settlements, llc ("sss") is a for-profit business and is not associated or affiliated with the government or any lender, and its service is not approved by the government or any lender. even if a client retains and uses sss's services, a lender(s) may not agree to change the client's loan and/or approve a short sale. a client may stop doing business with sss at any time. a client may accept or reject the offer of mortgage assistance/approval of a short sale (an “offer”) we obtain from the lender(s) or servicer(s) of the loan(s), and if the client rejects such offer, the client does not have to pay sss. if the client accepts the offer, the client agrees to compensate sss in accordance with the terms set forth in the short sale disclosure & representation agreement executed between the client and sss.
