about us background/history stratex one training & consulting, formerly msg consulting, was established in 1999 and has successfully delivered hundreds of training programs and consultancy assignments to many blue-chip clients. see ‘our clients’ page for further details of some of these assignments. the name ‘stratex’ was derived from the main focus of our organization, strategy execution, and the ‘one’ refers to the emphasis we place on working with clients to align their internal organisations to corporate strategy. usp stratex one training & consulting has developed, over the years, a holistic approach to helping clients achieve the ultimate goal – enabling their organisations, from employees to external 3rd parties and other stakeholders, to become better aligned to, and successfully realize, corporate strategy. working with clients to develop corporate strategy, cascading it to divisions, departments, and employees; coaching and developing leadership skills at all management level
