at stratus coaching our mission is to work with managers and staff within organisations to create healthier, happier and more harmonious workplaces. because as wellbeing increases, so does productivity, creativity and performance. while absenteeism, illness and staff turnover decreases. let’s start with the flipside to wellbeing in the workplace. mental health issues, high stress levels, low morale, poor motivation and bad teamwork will never help individuals or organisations function well. while improved resilience and wellbeing will feed through to co-operation, collaboration and a sense of purpose that empowers staff to achieve more individually and as a team. i deliver coaching, training and consultancy services (for individual and groups) on the spectrum of mental wellbeing, managing stress, resilience and performance. the services are tailored and/or bespoke in various formats such as short seminars, half/full day workshops, training, coaching and one to one sessions.
