strawdog theatre company is a 27 year old non-equity storefront theatre located in chicago's lakeview neighborhood. we strive to provide the foremost storefront theatre experience through our intimate and inviting spaces. from new works to classics, a strawdog show is defined not by it's aesthetics or topic matter, but through an exploration of our company values of challenge, community, genuine connection, and ensemble approach. we challenge ourselves to always provide our guests with an experience defined by genuine connection through the work we do, and the community that work creates.
