Streetcred

social impact organization at the intersection of government, health systems, and communities aimed at reducing child poverty by improving access to money and services available to low-income families raising children in urban america. streetcred provides free tax preparation in hospitals and clinics targeting families eligible for the earned income tax credit and other evidence-based, antipoverty government programs. we envision one-stop shops helping families build assets and apply for resources like savings plans, health insurance, food assistance, public housing, school readiness programs, and college financial aid, among others, all before leaving the doctor's office.
